How PC 2 Fax Works

It is simple and easy to send faxes from your PC!

After registering for the PC 2 Fax service you can download and install the fax drivers	Once the PC 2 fax driver has been installed any application that has print functionality can be used to send a fax. Open the document you want to fax and select the PC 2 fax driver.	The PC 2 fax driver will now initiate. Enter the necessary details into the PC 2 fax driver and send!

Open up the document that you wish to fax
Select File Option
Select Print Option
Select Name Drop down Box Option
Select PC2Fax Driver
A login screen will appear requesting your Username, Password and email address.
Should you wish to send a single fax please enter the details and click the LOGIN button and continue.
Should you wish to send multiple fax documents please follow the detailed procedure on the login page.
Once you have logged in a screen will appear. Please click whether you wish to send a single or multiple document fax then click the NEXT button.
A screen will appear please enter in the Fax Number.
Enter in Attention and/or Comment for a cover page to send with your fax per transmission.

Once this is completed click the ADD FAX NUMBER button.
Should you wish to add recipients from you address book click on ADD CONTACTS OR ADD GROUP button.
A screen will open select the recipients that you wish to add to receive the fax.
Enter in the comments that will appear in the body of the cover page and click the ADD FAX NUMBER BUTTON.
Click the NEXT button.

The Fax will then be delivered to the recipient's Fax machine and you will receive a confirmation delivery notice.
