I have Windows Vista. Would I be able to send faxes?

The application is compatible with all Windows versions, including XP and Vista.
Once you have installed the application and it has been loaded in the printer menu folder you will be able to send faxes. Please remember to load some credit in your account before faxing.

 

 

Would I need new hardware?
No – You will need no extra hardware. The application is installed as a printer driver and uses your existing Desktop / PC and an active internet connection to send a fax.

 

 

How do I send a Fax from my Desktop / PC?
Select the document you want to fax. Make sure you are connected to the internet – Dial-up, ADSL or 3G – doesn’t matter as long as you are connected. Click on the printer option and select the pc to Fax driver. Follow the onscreen instructions and enter your pin when requested. When you are done you will get a notification on the status of your fax via email.

 

 

Must I be connected to the Internet to send a fax?
Yes – you will be required to have an active internet connection to successful complete the faxing process.

 

 

I have a Dial up connection – will it work?
Yes the dial up connection will work.

 

 

Can I also receive a fax on the system?
